Remote Senior Revenue Cycle Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A molecular diagnostics company is seeking a Remote Senior Revenue Cycle Quality Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause evaluation on identified quality exception issues
• Maintain Revenue Cycle Quality Specialist specific documentation and work instructions
• Conduct follow-up audits on Corrective Actions and provides measure and reporting of effectiveness

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 12 months minimum experience in the Revenue Cycle Quality Specialist position
• 2+ year of experience in a contact center, data entry, revenue cycle or quality research and auditing
• Extensive knowledge of EHR Order to Cash processes
• 2+ years of experience in medical terminology, billing, claims, HIPAA Laws, and insurance processing
• Proficiency in multiple computer systems. including Microsoft Office Suite, Epic, and Onbase
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare, or related field; or Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience
