Job Summary

A dental insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Revenue Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, building and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program
  • Improving time to competency while reducing time to revenue through the execution of the program, specifically with our new hire on-boarding
  • Designing and implementing metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of accreditations

Required Skills:

  • 5-7 years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing and delivering training
  • Strong consultative approach
  • Bachelor's degree or significant experience in learning management, instructional design, human resource development or a related field
  • E-learning design experience and demonstrated expertise in the technical implementation and troubleshooting of web-based training modules
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining individual and organization performance evaluation methods
