Job Summary
A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Revenue Enablement Training Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing competency mapping across Selling motions, Product Knowledge, Soft skills and attributes
- Enabling partners to consistently articulate the value of company solutions to customers and drive growth within customer accounts
- Working with leadership to define enablement metrics and manage those metrics to derive insights into enhancing partner growth, performance, and retention
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years sales/revenue enablement experience
- 2+ years people management experience
- Experience with value-based sales methodologies
