Job Summary

A behavioral and mental health company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Revenue Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and optimize tools, processes, and data used in growing the provider acquisition funnel
• Function as a subject matter expert for both internal and cross functional partners regarding funnel process and tools
• Provide front line support for the credentialing and onboarding teams regarding funnel process and tools

Qualifications Include:

• 3-5 years of sales, revenue operations, customer service management or related experience
• Experience with administration and support of Salesforce
• Experience managing and iterating the use case for sales or customer facing technologies
• Experience troubleshooting operational issues, planning process changes, and fixing root causes for technical business problems
