Job Summary
A health information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Risk Adjustment Strategy and Solutions Director in Glendale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the effort to align our Risk Adjustment solutions product-market-fit
- Liaisoning between Product Development, Sales, and Implementation to ensure the Voice of the Customer is heard and actionable
- Ensuring program compliance and identify opportunities to improve service outcomes
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10 years' experience with Risk Adjustment management at minimum Director level
- Demonstrated forward thinking in areas of technology, project management and leadership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams
- Demonstrated track record of generating results and having an impact on organizations
- Innovative in problem solving, planning, and strategizing
