Job Summary

A financial service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Risk Software Engineer in San Carlos.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating innovative solutions that meet functional and performance requirements
  • Working in a collaborative and interdependent team environment
  • Developing and testing major software and systems components

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years’ experience in core JAVA technologies
  • 1+ years’ machine learning experience using Spark/Scala or similar streaming technology
  • 1+ years’ experience working with Cloud providers such as AWS, Google, or Azure
  • 2+ years’ experience with relational DBs like MySQL and NoSQL Database like MongoDB
  • Experience working with version control using GIT/BitBucket
  • 1+ years’ experience with Docker / Kubernetes
