Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer in Las Vegas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and build high-quality features that meet business objectives with a focus on usability
- Lead code reviews to keep the team aligned around the features being developed
- Provide mentorship and development to other members of the engineering team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise with Ruby on Rails or Javascript/React, and an interest in getting your hands dirty on both backend and frontend
- 5+ years experience building and supporting web applications in a full-stack capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills that will position you as a leader and mentor for others on the team
- A track record of learning new technologies quickly and finding the right tools for each job
