A healthcare solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Ruby on Rails Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and maintaining complex and scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and SQL
  • Improving scalability, service reliability, capacity, and performance of software
  • Promoting agile development by engaging in sprint planning, retrospective, and daily standups

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years professional experience in software development, with at least 1 year Ruby/Rails hands-on development experience
  • Experience with API development and Service-oriented architecture
  • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Javascript frameworks a plus (Angular/React/Vue.js)
  • Experience in cloud-based environment (AWS/Azure)
