Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure solution provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior SaaS Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking the lead on SaaS billing escalations, engaging internal teams and driving solutions
- Engaging with business partners and stakeholders and communicate with executive leadership on top priority items
- Providing support to team and leadership as needed and deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years Business Analyst experience
- BS/BA degree
- Experience with SaaS/subscription billing
- Knowledge of and experience with enterprise systems and a solid understanding of enterprise integration
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models in both direct and channel environments
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
