Job Summary

A global information services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior SaaS Legal Counsel Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal counseling
  • Provide hands-on legal assistance in structuring and drafting
  • Counsel on regulatory and compliance matters impacting the business

Required Skills:

  • 6 to 8 years of progressively responsible corporate/commercial legal experience
  • Legal experience focused on sophisticated domestic and international commercial contracts
  • Experience and comfort with key intellectual property concepts, including SaaS arrangements
  • Proven track record of working well with and influencing members of the senior management teams
  • Stellar academic and work credentials
  • Ability to identify, accurately report and prioritize legal opportunities
