Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior SaaS Software Growth Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing product solutions, developing new business, and maintaining a great customer experience
- Building deep executive relationships as the day-to-day liaison with assigned clients
- Proactively engaging customers and articulating value prop both technically and from a business standpoint
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or sales roles
- Strong executive presence
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding net dollar retention targets for complex accounts
- Technical aptitude with a deep curiosity to learn how software products can provide more value for your customers
- Customer-focused, including strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Resourceful, growth mindset while working closely with cross-functional teams
