Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior SaaS Software Growth Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing product solutions, developing new business, and maintaining a great customer experience
  • Building deep executive relationships as the day-to-day liaison with assigned clients
  • Proactively engaging customers and articulating value prop both technically and from a business standpoint

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or sales roles
  • Strong executive presence
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding net dollar retention targets for complex accounts
  • Technical aptitude with a deep curiosity to learn how software products can provide more value for your customers
  • Customer-focused, including strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Resourceful, growth mindset while working closely with cross-functional teams
