Remote Senior Sales and Marketing Human Resources Business Partner Specialist
Job Summary
A publicly traded data company is in need of a Remote Senior Sales and Marketing Human Resources Business Partner Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales and marketing leaders and managers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Provide coaching and support to managers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Knowledge of the sales and marketing industry, including familiarity with sales processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
