Job Summary

An online freelance marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Sales and Marketing Talent Acquisition Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Align the Sales and Marketing recruiting team's processes and find growth opportunities
  • Provide guidance, coaching and growth minded opportunities to recruiters
  • Partner with business leadership along with multiple cross-functional teams to drive a recruiting team

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience leading and coaching recruiters towards company goals
  • Experience leading Sales and Marketing or related technical volume recruiting teams through high growth
  • Success in growing the top of funnel with highly skilled diverse talent with quantifiable results
  • Experience with talent acquisition reporting and aligning to business goals
