Job Summary

An education consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building strong relationships with Sales Leadership, Human Resource Business Partners, Finance and Sales Operations
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to Senior Leadership on compensation plans, salary structures and other compensation programs to align with business objectives
  • Assessing current gaps in compensation planning process, incentive payments, contests, exceptions, etc

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations and/or finance
  • Ability to synthesize complex data, summarize, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations
  • Proven advanced Excel and modelling skills
  • Experience with Varicent or other Sales Incentive Tools
  • Ability to recommend process efficiencies and/or new polices needed
