Job Summary
An education consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building strong relationships with Sales Leadership, Human Resource Business Partners, Finance and Sales Operations
- Providing analysis and recommendations to Senior Leadership on compensation plans, salary structures and other compensation programs to align with business objectives
- Assessing current gaps in compensation planning process, incentive payments, contests, exceptions, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations and/or finance
- Ability to synthesize complex data, summarize, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Proven advanced Excel and modelling skills
- Experience with Varicent or other Sales Incentive Tools
- Ability to recommend process efficiencies and/or new polices needed
