Job Summary
A cloud-based software company is in need of a Remote Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all sales incentive compensation related inquiries
- Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of sales compensation letters to new hires
- Providing support to any external audit firm on commission related matters
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience working in a sales compensation, sales operations, or finance related function
- Prior experience administering commissions in CaptivateIQ or a similar incentive compensation software
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
