Job Summary

A provider of education and care benefits to other businesses needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales Compensation Manager in Newton.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Create On-Target-Earning modeling for various roles in the Client Services and Client Relations roles
  • Help set revenue quotas based on account tiering, past revenue results and perceived revenue potential
  • Configure and load monthly revenue results and annual revenue forecast from Finance into Salesforce

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Must have strong finance and analytics background
  • Three years in Sales Operations or related fields highly desirable, some experience in sales compensation preferred
  • Finance background for at least one year is strongly preferred
