Job Summary
A biotechnology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Sales Contract Manager.
Must be able to:
- Establish contract management cycle time baseline for critical market segments
- Design, develop frame agreement process to be applied to segments, as well as all of CMD
- Work with Legal and other stakeholder functions to drive simplified T&C document
Qualifications Include:
- 8+ years (more?) of experience in contract management
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Must be a self-starter who can work alone or in a team environment
- Strong Word, Excel (and Microsoft Office) knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced global environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to negotiate with external customer in professional manner
