Job Summary
A health care assessment organization is in need of a Remote Senior Sales Enablement and Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Auditing current enablement tools and adoption results
- Collaborating and evaluating with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs
- Creating actionable insights to increase sales team productivity and measure sales performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to quickly establish credibility with and gain the trust and respect of everyone in the organization
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the trade-offs between tactics and goals
- 5+ years extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, process, and best practices
