Job Summary

A web-based learning management software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Executive .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Developing and managing sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Maintaining both tangible near term actions and longer term strategic direction to increase growth and sustainable revenues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 50% US travel required
  • 6 to 8 years enterprise learning or talent management software sales experience
  • Experience in Human Capital Management industry is mandatory
  • Must be able to drive an account through every stage of the solution sales cycle though contract execution
  • Demonstrated history of developing their own pipeline equal to 3X their quota
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills and excellent negotiating skills
