Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly sales incentive payments to Payroll
  • Research and analyze complex compensation issues and disputes to facilitate understanding/resolution
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Reporting teams to drive automation of variable compensation calculations

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience in sales compensation, accounting, finance, business administration or related work
  • Thorough understanding of sales compensation documents, contracts and/or sales processes
  • Experience building models using Anaplan or other incentive compensation management software
  • Experience working with large datasets and spreadsheets
  • Analytical skills to research complex compensation information
