An internet search company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Incentives Quotas and Analytics Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deconstruct business risk through analytics, diagnose source issues, define solutions, and drive action
  • Improve standardization, automation, and scalability initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in data-gathering
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and drive insights on sales and sales compensation performance

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3 or more years of professional experience in software, data mining, business analytics
  • Great analytical skills, demonstrated professional experience in data analysis and reporting
  • High level of Excel modeling proficiency, ideally knowledge/application of R and SQL
  • Experience with sales-related software applications
