Job Summary
A data technology firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Sales Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage sales capacity and compensation commission calculation
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, individual and team KPIs, and opportunity channel attribution
- Lead projects centered around driving opportunity generation, CRM database management, sales productivity, and cross-team alignment
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 Years relevant experience (Sales Operations and/ or Sales Development)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization with individual Sales Reps, Marketing Managers, and Senior Executives
- Deep understanding of the lead-to-customer lifecycle from both a Sales and Operational lens
- Strong analytical skills - ability to work with data and develop key insights
- Experience working with SDR or Business Development teams, measure their performance, and setting targets
