Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Remote Senior Sales Performance Strategy Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making actionable recommendations to improve compensation plan design, quota setting, territory design, and overall sales strategy
- Building analytics reports and dashboards for Sales leaders within compensation administration tool, Incent
- Managing the monthly/quarterly Compensation Analytics review meeting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- 5+ years of business and/or compensation administration experience
- Outstanding communication, listening and interpersonal skills required
- BA/BS Degree OR an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Expertise or knowledge of various data systems
- Basic skills in teamwork, communication, presentation, and time management to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
