Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Remote Senior Sales Performance Strategy Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Making actionable recommendations to improve compensation plan design, quota setting, territory design, and overall sales strategy
  • Building analytics reports and dashboards for Sales leaders within compensation administration tool, Incent
  • Managing the monthly/quarterly Compensation Analytics review meeting

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of business and/or compensation administration experience
  • Outstanding communication, listening and interpersonal skills required
  • BA/BS Degree OR an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Expertise or knowledge of various data systems
  • Basic skills in teamwork, communication, presentation, and time management to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
