Job Summary
A security and IT operational analytics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Sales Public Sector SLED Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assessing prospective customer needs and uncover requirements for company solutions
- Removing technology-related buying objections from the sales opportunity
- Preparing and presenting technical proposals and RFIs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in device-configuration management solutions and processes
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supporting networking, application, and/or network-security technologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area or demonstration of equivalent knowledge
- Broad understanding of enterprise information technologies
- Solid understanding of enterprise-architecture concepts
- Solid understanding of major operating systems including Linux, Windows, and UNIX
