Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Sales Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing candidates using both internal and external resources
- Utilizing and maintaining a database of potential candidates
- Interviewing, checking references, and recommending placement of candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Public presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Must have advisor recruitment/relationship experience
