A pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Senior Sales Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Own the delivery of key metrics and insight reports to drive decisions and improve processes
- Leverage your uncanny detail orientation and prioritization skills to deliver results for a rapidly growing team
- Partner with our recruiting coordinators, hiring managers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of recent in-house experience
- Proficiency in using various recruitment, project management, and collaboration tools
- 8+ years of experience sourcing and closing mid-level field sales representatives to front-line managers
- Strong knowledge of ATS configuration and management
- Experience leveraging data and metrics to deliver candidate funnel updates, insights, and recommendations
