A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Sales Recruiter or Sales Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
- Identify niche skill candidates based on job specifications
- Source, screen, and interview applicants
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle recruiting environment
- Highly skilled in a variety of internet recruiting techniques
- Experience recruiting and building rapport with C-level executives
- Proficient working with application tracking systems such as Taleo, Cornerstone or Hirebridge
- Strong candidate qualification and interview skills
- Ability to treat sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion
