Remote Senior Sales Support Administrator
Job Summary
A home security company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Support Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Obtaining data needed for Quote creation
- Creating and submitting Schedule A documents (CIA, CPSA)
- Booking and revise quotes
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience managing Third party software required by various customers
- Able to participate in New Customer calls - internally and with the customer
- Experience with providing D365 Support and acting as the first point of contact for all D365
