Job Summary

A home security company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Support Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Obtaining data needed for Quote creation
  • Creating and submitting Schedule A documents (CIA, CPSA)
  • Booking and revise quotes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience managing Third party software required by various customers
  • Able to participate in New Customer calls - internally and with the customer
  • Experience with providing D365 Support and acting as the first point of contact for all D365
