A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Sales Training Advisor in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with onboarding and mentoring team members
- Conducting organizational level, program level, role level, and individual level needs analysis
- Leading and facilitating virtual teams as necessary to execute training and enablement programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong understanding of technical sales roles and functions
- Experience working with deeply technical Subject Matter Experts in the design of learning programs
- Strong Project and Program Management skills
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
