Job Summary

A corporate learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Salesforce Business Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with the Business Application team to develop technical requirements and delivery of solutions
• Managing optimization of Salesforce.com including user adoption, training, job aids, enhancements, and more
• Applying knowledge of configurations such as workflows, validation rules, permissions, roles, and profiles

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant field experience
• Salesforce.com certified with 7+ year of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Proven experience managing a large SFDC instance with a tremendous understanding of best practices
• Experience driving full system lifecycle CRM development from initial business analysis
• Be skilled at using data to understand and implement system user requirements
