Job Summary
A business solutions provider is seeking a Remote Senior Salesforce Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading support and development team members
- Gathering and reviewing business systems and user requirements
- Managing and delivering features and/or components that identify, design, and implement capabilities for business solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years sales/consumer service experience in a retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Salesforce Cloud Solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
