A staffing and workforce management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Salesforce Technology Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and delivering industry-leading solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Providing guidance and expertise on Salesforce architecture
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to prioritize various initiatives

Qualifications Include:

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in setting up, configuring and managing Salesforce
• Experience in configuration, customization, security access, workflows, and data validation
• Development with APEX, Visual Force, Batch Triggers, SOQL & SOSL
• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions
• Experience with managing and monitoring onsite/offshore technical teams
• Experience managing a development team
