Job Summary

An onsite radiology practice needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Scheduler.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Becoming an expert with the QGenda software (or other tool) to insure the proper implementation and use of the resource for the Practice
• Sharing on-call escalation responsibilities ~ 20-25% for 24x7x365 healthcare practice
• Providing timely management of requests and swaps submitted by radiologists

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate experience in fast paced environment requiring multi-tasking and effective management of communication efforts requiring both initiation and follow-up
• Experience with QGenda is preferred
• Effective and confident computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Scheduling Software
• Background and/or experience working in a healthcare scheduling environment requiring timely responses to requests and effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of and familiarity with cloud based document management and software systems such as Box and Smartsheet
