Job Summary
A science and research supply company has an open position for a Remote Senior Science and Research Database Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as a key point of contact between the business functions and IT
- Learning and using groundbreaking technologies
- Working with users to define concepts under direction of project leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field of study, or
- Equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in a dynamic environment with a primary focus within Database services
- 6+ years of related technical work experience with structured and unstructured databases
- Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to assume and complete assignments independently
