Job Summary
A web-based tool that provides scientific users with an online app is seeking a Remote Senior Scientific Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Auditing existing security position of our development platform and infrastructure and communicate with dev leadership
- Levelling up the development teams approach to developing secure application code through training, tooling and other resources
- Consulting on solution reviews for other teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior experience working with Platform or Infrastructure teams
- Prior experience working with Amazon Web Services and familiar with their well-architected framework
- Prior experience running internal security audits and presenting findings that are digestible
- Experience in architecting and building application security on modern tech stacks
