Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Scoping Customer Solutions Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mitigating Risks and Manage Expectations for services projects, optimizing for maximum ROI and minimal risk
- Leading scoping discussions with prospects and customers
- Managing scoping program and scope accuracy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years or more of direct or applicable experience
- A core understanding of professional services scoping, contracting principles and negotiation familiarity
- Comfortable in prospect and customer conversations to lead scoping sessions and identify customer requirements
- Experience working on a deal desk team or similar role
