Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Must be able to:

  • Manage development team scopes and timelines
  • Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
  • Be the representative of the IT manager / Director on the development team daily activities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Being a Certified Scrum Master
  • Having a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Having 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
  • Having a working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, frameworks and technology
  • Having leadership and management experience
  • Having excellent people and project management skills
