Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings
• Making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
• Exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor degree or comparable Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
• Experience with the SDLC
• Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
