An insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring teams and programs live Agile values and principles and follows processes and practices
  • Building high-performing teams focused on constantly improving team dynamics and performance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's in related field of study, OR 4 additional years of related experience
  • 6 years experience in process improvement, PM, software engineer, or business/requirements analysis
  • 4 years as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or has development experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with multiple Agile delivery frameworks
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
