Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting and facilitating 2 or more Scrum Teams in various functions by fostering Agile values and practices
- Tracking and communicating the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders
- Partnering with Release Train Engineer on financial & time management for Agile release training
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor Degree and 4 plus years applicable experience or exposure to an AGILE Framework Methodology
- Knowledge of Scaled agile methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or XP
- Ability to determine supply and demand and obtain necessary resources across a matrix organization
- Knowledge of software engineering processes and procedures
- Ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to teams/individuals
