Job Summary
A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.
Must be able to:
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization and self-management
- Remove impediments or facilitate the removal of impediments with the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and situational awareness
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Experience in Agile techniques
- Experience with Agile practices, patterns and techniques
