Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company has an open position for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in SAFe Agile methodology
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives
  • Motivate teams to perform and ensure team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with the SDLC
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
