Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Must be able to:

  • Manage multiple project/agile teams often spanning various functional areas
  • Define project scope and ensure timely, quality delivery
  • Manage project execution metrics and measurements

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or IT field)
  • 5 plus years of experience in IT or a related field
  • First level Scrum Master certification such as PSM I or CSM
  • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team
  • Financial Acumen
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and situational awareness
