Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Scrum and/or product teams or most-complex teams
  • Provide coaching support to junior Scrum Masters and Product Owners
  • Create an environment conducive to team self-organization and collaboration

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • College degree and CSM Certificate required
  • Minimum 6 years' appropriate work experience (3 years Agile experience)
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Experience working in an Information Technology organization
  • Proven experience with SDLC, waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, including problem solving and strategic thinking skills
