Job Summary
A health insurance and wellness company has an open position for a Remote Senior Scrum Master.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt sessions
- Guide the Scrum Team to deliver high-quality products and services to our business partners and enterprise technical teams
- Mentor the Product Owner(s) in user story creation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, values, practices, and patterns
- 3+ years of experience working on large scale, technically complex projects
- Advanced facilitation, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills
