Remote Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Senior Scrum Master.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contributing to the advancement of the Agile Chapter by defining its initiatives
- Facilitating multi-team events such as scrum of scrums
- Coaching teams in using metrics and estimation to forecast work
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-6 years as part of product team
- Experienced in agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Can create and deliver training content
- Experience implementing agile metrics such as burn-up, burn-down, lead/cycle time, velocity charts, and more
- Able to customize agile frameworks/practices to the needs of the team, while not compromising on agile principles
