Job Summary
A payroll and accounting software firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Scrum Master Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading multiple Agile teams (both Scrum and Kanban) and increase the overall Agile Maturity on teams
- Guiding assigned Agile teams to deliver on required commitments and goals
- Tracking, providing analysis and reporting on team performance and metrics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years managing Scrum/Kanban teams as a Scrum Master
- Must be proficient in Jira/Confluence
- High degree of assertiveness, initiative, purpose and enthusiasm
- 5+ years of project/program management experience within a SaaS product development organization
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and handle multiple projects under deadlines
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) or relevant experience
