Job Summary
A data analytics company has an open position for a Remote Senior SDK and API Development Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take on ownership of the more complex and fundamental SDK design and development work
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring delivery of clean, well-tested, and performant software
- Foster the growth of junior team members through mentoring, support, and servant leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Polyglot with >5 years of development experience in one or more of Python and C++
- Experience developing in Go or a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, Azure and AWS
- Experience with or a willingness to learn about Infrastructure as Code frameworks
- Strong knowledge of and experience with object oriented and functional design patterns
- Familiarity with cross service communication frameworks like GRPC and REST
