A real estate brokerage firm has an open position for a Remote Senior SEC Reporting and Technical Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Applying accounting standards in the preparation of financial statements
- Assisting with coordination and preparation of forms filed with the SEC
- Supporting quarterly and annual financial reporting responsibilities
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS in accounting or finance required
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting
- SEC reporting experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
