Job Summary

A digital news and media entertainment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Securities Corporate and Governance Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing counsel to leadership team to drive strategic business and legal initiatives
  • Advising executive team on legal strategy, SEC requirements and corporate governance
  • Providing legal oversight of quarterly earnings and investor relations related disclosures

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in US Securities (both SEC reporting and transactions) and M&A
  • BA/BS and JD
  • Deep knowledge of and extensive experience in corporate governance best practices for public companies, Securities Act, Exchange Act and Nasdaq listing requirements
  • Experience with the Delaware General Corporation Law
